Mother's Day

Yesterday was fun but today will funner because it's Mother's Day! We decided to spend the day in Laguna Beach. We made our first stop at the Laguna Art Museum. American impressionist Colin Campbell Cooper (1858-1937) was on display. He was fascinated by architecture - mainly Spanish and Mexican styles. He also did major paintings of Indian architecture in India including Taj Mahal, Red Fort in New Delhi and several castles in my home state, Rajashtan.

After the museum, we had lunch at B.J.'s Pizza and Brewery. Great Pizza with Pear Cider...YUM!

After lunch, we made a quick stop at the beach but Asha wasn't feeling it. It was a great day for Mother's day. Here are some pictures...

For whatever reason, Mona didn't believe this Herman Miller Chair by Eames was her Mother's Day gift.
